Namaste Yoga Centre offers a variety of classes throughout the week. The schedule changes seasonally, so be sure to check back and find your favourite class.

What to bring: The studio is fully equipped with mats and all the essentials necessary for you to enjoy a great class. Simply arrive 10-15 minutes before class with comfortable, unrestrictive clothing and a positive attitude!
