Yoga 4 Men
(6 week session)
Through this 6 week session you will get to know the basics of what a yoga practice is, all while being challenged in your mind/body/breath to promote real growth. If touching your toes again, eliminating back pain, having more functional strength, or using your full range of motion are something you would like to experience, then we encourage you to step onto the mat. By the end you will feel confident walking into any yoga class and explore a practice that works for you.
